Layout & Accommodations

The Anchorage Chamber board room tables are set up in a U-shaped configuration and seats approx. 40. There are outlets for electrical use in the room, and a small counter for food and beverage service. Food and beverages are not provided by the Anchorage Chamber; however, for an additional fee, freshly-brewed pots of Kaladi coffee are available. The room features a 55" HDTV with various connection options and is surrounded by glass that can be written on with dry-erase markers. If you need a bigger, or additional screen, a projector is available upon request for an additional fee. Guest WIFI is available.

Terms and Conditions

• Rental agreement must be submitted at least 24 hours before meeting or event;
• Rental available between 8 A.M. and 5 P.M., Monday through Friday only (Anchorage Chamber holds scheduling priority)
• $30 rental fee for Anchorage Chamber members ($50 non-members) with a 2-hour min. Must be paid in advance. Fee is nonrefundable;
• Metered street parking is available, and Diamond Parking lots are to the north and east of the building. Fees will apply if ACC spots are used;
• A smart TV with various connectivity options is available. Please inform staff of your tech needs;
• The table configuration may not be changed at any time;
• Food and beverages are permitted but not provided by the Anchorage Chamber;
• Users are required to clean up at the end of the rental period. Please allow time to do so;
• Media/press presence must be approved by the Anchorage Chamber President/CEO;
• All special requests must be approved by Anchorage Chamber staff;
• Requests are not guaranteed until approved by Anchorage Chamber staff.
